Rental Information Form

This form below is only required to be filled out if you are completing a booking with us and you have been asked to fill it out. To complete a booking, the form below must be filled out, a Rental Agreement needs to be signed (this will be emailed to you) and a 40% deposit must be received. You will receive an invoice stating the deposit amount and the total amount due.

 
We have 2 options for our tables and benches. Our darker set is stained with a mix of grey and brown and our light set is stained with white.
